Organising questions and creating exams
Questions and exams are stored in an encrypted question database. i-assess organiser allows authorised users to manipulate the database, adding and changing its structure in a Windows Explorer* like environment.

Query and search the question database
Searches can be made against any of the user definable categories added to the question tags. Advanced search queries can be carried out giving fast access to the exact questions required.

Find and replace
The content of questions can be searched quickly and efficiently, and replaced if necessary, even if the same question "lives" in different exam folders. This is extremely useful, for example, if there are regulatory changes in questions that require frequent updating.

Create exams
This is fast and simple to use in a familiar Windows Explorer* style. Creating an exam can simply involve dragging questions into an exam folder, or you can opt for a sophisticated random exam generator. This can create exams with specific user defined requirements, for example, exams can be specified to allow consistent syllabus coverage. Other properties that can be set include:

• Feedback (if any) to be given to students
• Pass mark
• Timing of the exam
• Navigation options
• User defined messages to candidates
• Question selection

Interoperable with i-assess editor
Users can automatically run i-assess editor within i-assess organiser to edit multiple choice questions.
